Manpower is looking for
an Electrical Assembly Technician in Hengelo.
- As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will
be responsible for: - Assembling and installing
wiring harnesses - Building cable bundles and
connecting terminals and connectors - Soldering
small electronic components onto PCBs - Handling
high-precision electrical and mechanical parts - Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
and wiring diagrams - Conducting inspections and
performing quality control - Collaborating with
engineers and production teams to improve processes
What you

- Gross salary between €3,000
and €3,800 per month - Travel allowance
according to company policy - Full-time position
(40 hours per week) - Possibility of a permanent

Functie-eisen
- Demonstrated experience assembling wiring harnesses
(crimping, connectors) - Strong soldering skills
for small components and PCBs - Ability to work
with precise mechanical and electrical parts - Able to read electrical schematics and wiring
diagrams - Proficiency in Dutch or English
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong quality
mindset - Experience in aerospace, automotive,
or high-tech manufacturing is a plus - Full-time
availability (40 hours per week)
