Manpower is looking for
an Electrical Assembly Technician in Hengelo.

  • As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will
    be responsible for:
  • Assembling and installing
    wiring harnesses
  • Building cable bundles and
    connecting terminals and connectors
  • Soldering
    small electronic components onto PCBs
  • Handling
    high-precision electrical and mechanical parts
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
    and wiring diagrams
  • Conducting inspections and
    performing quality control
  • Collaborating with
    engineers and production teams to improve processes

What you

  • Gross salary between €3,000
    and €3,800 per month
  • Travel allowance
    according to company policy
  • Full-time position
    (40 hours per week)
  • Possibility of a permanent
    contract

Functie-eisen

  • Demonstrated experience assembling wiring harnesses
    (crimping, connectors)
  • Strong soldering skills
    for small components and PCBs
  • Ability to work
    with precise mechanical and electrical parts
  • Able to read electrical schematics and wiring
    diagrams
  • Proficiency in Dutch or English
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong quality
    mindset
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive,
    or high-tech manufacturing is a plus
  • Full-time
    availability (40 hours per week)
