Manpower is looking for a Lead Electrical Assembly Technician for a company in the aerospace industry in Hengelo.

In this role you will:

• Lead daily electrical assembly work on advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)
• Interpret wiring diagrams, harness layouts, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
• Build complete UAV electrical systems, including harnesses, sensors, and power distribution components
• Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain top-quality standards
• Develop and maintain clear assembly procedures and documentation
• Coordinate with production, mechanical, and avionics teams for seamless system integration
• Mentor and guide junior electrical assembly technicians
• Collaborate with engineering to implement design improvements and resolve technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards
