Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's team for Booking.com services, working from Greece. In this key role, you will provide professional and friendly support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding their travel bookings and related inquiries.
Your fluency in Dutch will allow you to effectively assist customers with booking accommodations, managing reservations, and resolving any issues to ensure a seamless travel experience. Your dedication to outstanding customer service will contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat for Booking.com related inquiries.
- Assist customers with booking accommodations, modifying reservations, and processing cancellations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with hotel and accommodation partners to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and offerings.
- Stay updated on Booking.com promotions, policies, and travel industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; your nationality and native language must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or accommodation industry, is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
