What you'll do

  • Develop and build the Program Management Office in the Military Programs department. 
  • Lead a team of Project Managers, Supplier Coordinators, Process Specialists, and Reporting Specialists. 
  • Own visibility across programs, ensuring deadlines, milestones, payments, and deliverables are always clear and up to date 
  • Track schedules, contracts, and financial flows, flagging risks before they become problems 
  • Act as the operational anchor for program managers, freeing them to focus on execution and strategy 
  • Maintain structured reporting on program status, timelines, and commitments for internal and external stakeholders 
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, engineering, and operations to keep information aligned and reliable 
  • Bring order to complex, fast-moving environments through robust processes and disciplined follow-up 

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Around 10 years of experience in program office, PMO, operations, or administrative program support roles 
  • Strong experience tracking timelines, budgets, payments, and contractual milestones 
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in high-stakes environments 
  • Comfort operating in aerospace, defense, engineering, or similarly complex industries 
  • Fluency in English, as well as in the official language of the country where the role is based.
