The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for the technical product throughout product and design life cycle.
General Responsibilities
• Supervises the development of our products for new and existing customers
• Continuous coaching and development of team
• Arranges the efficient and effective planning and organization of the activities to timely deliver product or design with highest quality
• Translate customer requirements to the product test strategy and oversee design and product validation programs
• Coordinates involvement in projects and problem solving outside of own direct area
• Participates in identifying the next generation of growth opportunities and support the smooth integration of new product developments and plan the roll-out of new technology
• Provide continuous coaching and development of team
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
