Verantwoordelijkheden
- Oversee daily operations within the Receiving department
- Allocate tasks and support team members in their duties
- Ensure correct receipt, registration, inspection, and administrative processing of incoming goods
- Manage handling of goods flows and maintain inventory records
- Use ERP systems to record and track logistics transactions
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties about deliveries, discrepancies, and bottlenecks
- Monitor KPIs such as lead times, delivery reliability, quality, and productivity
- Identify disruptions and contribute to resolving operational issues
- Initiate and support improvement initiatives based on LEAN principles
- Contribute to a safe, orderly, and efficient work environment
