About the job:
Flat2VR Studios is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Game Producer to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to lead exciting game adaptations, ensuring the smooth transition of beloved flatscreen titles into immersive VR experiences. With a strong focus on collaboration, organization, and delivering high-quality results, you’ll play a key role in shaping how players experience these games in virtual reality. Professional VR experience is a must, as we seek a candidate who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of VR game development.

Some of the work you would be doing:
Oversee the production of VR game adaptations from start to finish.
Manage cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.
Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within scope.
Ensure the highest quality standards are met at every stage of development.
Continuously refine and improve production processes to enhance team efficiency and creativity.
You might be a good fit for us if you have:
5+ years of experience in game production.
Professional VR game development experience.
A track record of leading projects from concept to release, with at least 1 shipped title.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with VR platforms (e.g., Meta Quest, PlayStation VR2, SteamVR) and their unique requirements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
A passion for gaming and a commitment to delivering unforgettable player experiences.
