Ideally use tools/sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIN and able to approach talents with high degree of personalization /liliDiversity sourcing experience would be a plus /liliProven ability in behavioral interviewing /liliAbility to drive the process with speed and expertise independently as a strategic advisor /liliAbility to use business acumen, judgment and enterprise wide thinking while driving successful outcomes /liliAbility to manage hiring manager’s expectation using internal and external data.
