Manpower is looking for
a Test Technician for a company in Hengelo.
As a Test Technician, you are responsible for
executing and supporting tests on advanced aerospace components.
You work closely with Test Engineers and production teams, directly
contributing to the reliability and performance of cutting-edge UAV
systems. Your daily tasks include:
- Performing
mechanical, electrical, and functional tests on subsystems and
components - Preparing test setups, instruments,
and tooling for ground and system tests - Supporting the execution of test procedures
and recording results - Documenting test data to
ensure traceability and compliance - Analyzing
failures during tests and assisting with root cause analysis - Maintaining test equipment, fixtures, and test
benches for safe and efficient operations - Following strict safety, quality, and process
standards in a regulated aerospace environment

Functie-eisen
- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent in Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or a
related field - Practical experience in a
testing, production, or laboratory environment, preferably in
aerospace, automotive, or defense - Ability to
read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and test
procedures - Experience with measurement
equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, sensors, or data
acquisition systems - Skilled in preparing and
handling test reports - Good command of Dutch
and English for technical documentation and collaboration - Experience with environmental, vibration, or
system integration tests is a plus - Strong
analytical skills and precise documentation - Clear communication with engineers and
technicians - Availability for 40 hours per week
